ThePanCard.com [Site] with all its applications is owned by Samanta Communications Private Limited and located at Chennai.

Please read these general terms and conditions of services ("Terms of Services") carefully before using this site or any services offered by this site.

By using this Site or goods and services offered by this Site, or printing, downloading, or otherwise using any service from this Site, or registering or becoming a member of this Site, you signify your assent to and agree with these Terms of Services. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Services, please do not use or register with this Site.

Nature of this Site

ThePanCard.com is a private entity and is not a direct / indirect associate or affiliate of any government body or authority. This site offers information to members who need support in filing application for a New PAN card, Lost or Replacement of Old PAN card or changing or updating the data of the existing PAN card. On receiving the application proper verification will be done and forms will be submitted to the authorities for processing the same further. Periodic Tracking and Feedback will be provided by the support team over phone, SMS and E-mail depending on feasibility.

PAN Services Process

1. Individuals applying for new PAN card / Change of data in existing PAN card complete an online form, make an online payment and become a member to download and print the PDF form that is generated.
2. They should then affix Photographs at the appropriate place and duly sign wherever required. This completed form along with matching address and identity proof should be sent by courier or post to the above mentioned address.
3. The Site or its owners will not be responsible for any errors in the filled application form. In case of errors in filling or incorrect supporting documents or for whatever reason the application cannot be processed, The Site or its owners are not at obligation to return the application form, cheque/DD and any documents that was given by the customer. Customers will have to resend the corrected application form with appropriate documents in such cases.
4. Customer may contact our customer support at [email protected] for further information on this. The support staff will not be available on Saturdays, Sundays and other Declared Holidays.
5. The Site will verify and forward the hard copy of the PAN applications to the authorities for issuance of PAN. The Site shall not be responsible for any delay, loss in transit or non-issuance of PAN by authorities.
6. The Site shall not be responsible for delay or non receipt of physical applications (Hard Copy) within 45 days from the date of submission of online application for PAN card. Any Physical Application received after 45 days from the date of submission of online application will not be processed by the Site and no refund shall be made against such transactions.
7. Any discrepancies in the application shall be communicated to the applicant within reasonable period of time from the date of receipt of Physical Application. Such discrepancies shall be rectified or corrected by the Applicant within 45 days from the date of receipt of communication from The Site. Any correction or rectification received after 45 days from the date of communication of discrepancy will not be processed by The Site and no refund shall be made against such transactions.

Updates and Revisions of our Terms of Services

This Site may revise and update its Terms of Services at any time without notice by posting such revised or updated Terms of Services on or at this Site. Any changes to these Terms of Services will become effective upon posting such revisions or updates. You are required to periodically check our Terms of Services for any changes, if you continuously use this Site. Your continued usage of this Site or any of its goods and services will mean that you accept those changes.

Eligibility and registration

You must be 18 years or older to avail the services of The Site. By registering for the Site service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service.

Though we do not liaise or sell our services directly to a minor who has not completed 18 years of age, he/she can however apply for PAN card under the supervision and guidance of guardian who could act as his/her Representative Assessee.

User Information

All personal information of the user including but not limited to that of their dependants or guardians as the case may be will be collected, stored and used by The Site for the purpose of applying for PAN Services online, as well as notify the user of various products and services that will be made available from time to time by the Site or its sister concerns. We will however not disclose user's information (including email address) to third parties unless otherwise requested by the user in writing through e-mail or snail mail except when such information is requested by the appropriate government or law enforcement authorities as required by the law.

If you prefer not to be notified of any release or to receive any product information from the Site or its sister concerns, please contact us via email, phone, or mail to make your request to be removed from our email list.

Payment

Payment for the services has to be made in advance as per the directions provided by the site. All services will commensurate only on receipt of the full payment and confirmation sent by the company thereof.

Service Charges

This Site reserves the right to change fees for their services, subscription and / or membership on reasonable prior notice. Such notice will be appearing on the site by displaying the new / revised charges for membership,service/s and/or product/s as offered from time to time with or without modifications and on such display it will be presumed to be read by all users whether registered or not and no further notice would be required. The same will apply when any service/s or products that are offered for free currently are made chargeable.

Refund Policy

As the Products/service offered by the Site are online in nature the Site does not refund any fees paid towards the processing of PAN services including new PAN application, change or correction in PAN card data or application for reissue of lost card.

However, in case of duplicate payment by error the Site may refund the excess service fees paid by the applicant.

In such event an application in writing should be submitted along with proof of excess payment, Address and Identity within 5 days of submitting the application. Any applications received thereafter shall not be entertained for refund.

Links and third-party advertising

This Site contains or may contain links to other websites, including third-party advertising. We want to highlight that we are not responsible or liable for such other websites or companies or for their Terms of Services. We do not screen or endorse such other websites. This Site expressly disclaims any liability, directly or indirectly, for any damages whatsoever incurred by any user in connection with the use of any website or companies, the access to which was found through this Site. If you decide to access any such other websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.

No unauthorized copying of content of this Site

By using this Site you agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of this Site or any of the content contained therein.
